Just ordered a moreplay kit directly from Dan, via phone.
Received the email for downloading the instructions & saved it in my iPad.(pdf)
Now it’s gone, message says I ran out of time.
Now for the actual question.
Since I have a order number , is there a way to purchase a manual in printed form, I do not own a printer or have access to one , but more importantly the file has disappeared from my computer. Thanks in advance obviously I have a little time as I’m waiting for the kit to arrive ....
The actual message say “ you have reached your download limit for this file “

We can't do a print manual, but we can set up the .pdf download again. Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the link to download again. It sounds like you may have been using a slow internet connection? The file size is only 26.8MB and should download pretty quickly.

Pretty sure my Internet connection was in pretty good shape, I just wanted to read through the directions before I got the kit.
it stayed there overnight and then suddenly gone. I’m afraid it will happen again so I’m hesitant to open the new one. If anything changes I’m willing to purchase a printed version from someone .
