Title: BeePre 2 phase (for subwoofer use)

I've read conflicting info about this so thought I'd ask. If I run a powered subwoofer off the BeePre2 outputs (via a Y connector going to both subwoofer and my power amp - a Kaiju) what phase should I be looking at for the sub? I'm under the possibly mistaken impression that both the BeePree and the Kaiju reverse the phase of the audio. The end result at the main speakers is in-phase audio but perhaps the subwoofer would need to be 180 phase?

I ask because I'm playing with setup and the subwoofer sounds "louder" when set to 180 rather than 0. It's placed right by my main speakers.

BeePre 2 reverses the phase; Kaiju does not.

If one were using the BeePre2 and a non-phase inverting amp (like Kaiju) could you swap the red/black speaker cables on the speaker binding posts (or amp) to achieve a non-inverted phase in the room (assuming the speakers handle phase correctly :D)?

I'm not asking if it is "better", I am only trying to assess if swapping the speaker cables is a reasonable thing to try..

Yes, you can swap phase on both speaker cables if desired.
