Title: Oh my. Never thought a headphone could sound this good.

Hey all.
Got my kit in Thurs. Started soldering last night and just finished it today.
All parameters checked out right off and it's making the sweetest music I have ever heard and that's just with a pair of ATH A700 phones. Just ordered a pair of HD600 this morning so I'm sure they will be a second wow factor.
This is the 1st time I've built anything like this and it went off without a hitch.
I'll post pics a little later tonight.

Hi Tony,

Welcome to the BH club and congrats on your first build going so well.

Of course you probably know this, but the 600s are going to need sometime on them before they reach their full potential, but once you get there and have a good idea of how it all sounds, maybe you'll consider the peedbal next.

Thank you for the welcome.
Now I just need to get the base sanded and make up my mind if I want to use a stain or just oil it.
