Title: Errors in C4S 2.1 Manual on Kits Shipped before September 9, 2013

Hi,

I think I found 3 errors in the C4S 2.1 Manual:

- Page 12, paragraph 1: Either terminal 4 is 420V or terminal 5 is 210V.
  [I scratched my head a lot rereading terminal 5 and hoping for 420V.]
- Page 11, paragraph 5: The 4" twisted wire should be connected to OB and IB, not OA and IA. The picture is correct.
- Page 11, paragraph 2: 2.25" for the black wire is very tight. 2.5" was much easier to work with.
