Just ordered one.  Doc, you should add an option when you check out for the wood base.  I will try to call for one tomorrow.

I also ordered one.  Can you provide a shot of the underside?  I plan to change the layout a little to make it front facing with the inputs/outputs on the rear and narrow the top plate.

Thanks

Joel

There will be some minor changes in the layout from the current build, so I don't expect layout shots to be up until next week.

(I can also say that there will likely be one surprise reason not to adjust the layout)

I ordered one also.  Don't know how much better it can make my Orcas sound, they sound great already, but I have a couple of full range driver speakers I have built that could definitely benefit from this.  It will be fun to play with!

Bought one for my Frugal horns.

Paul,
I also have a pair of SeXy Speakers, will the settings overlap the BSC previously put out for the SeXy speakers so I can remove my inline one?

Bought! Looking forward to see how it fits my new fostex fe126en in a bk12m enclosure.

Couldn't resist this one.

I'm bettting that the surprise will have something to do with building this and the quickie into a single box as that is most likely what I'll do. ;-)

Just ordered one.  Seems like the perfect solution to replace the current baffle step network that I have on my speakers, which decrease the sensitivity and liveliness of the sound. I have the Fostex "boutique" 206ES-R's and I have them in the vented box, as my woodworking skills can't handle the horn. They actually sound pretty good in the vented enclosure, with just a bit of shout to be tamed. The Fix's 4 db cut is actually great as my FP2 puts out enough voltage for the Paramours that they can't be turned down quite low enough (even with the greater -db resistors in the stepped vol control). I'll be interested to compare this line-level solution with the current in-speaker network solution.
