Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know there is a good sale on batteries on black friday at Walgreens.  They are going for 3/$5 (so you can get 3 9V batteries for $5 or 3 packages of 2 D batteries for $5 for the Quickie!

Just be very careful that they aren't "Heavy Duty" batteries.  It also seems notable that some retailers are no longer carrying batteries made in China (leaks?).

These are decent options, though you have to buy a few to get the nice prices:

9V (http://www.cheap-batteries.com/p/MN16049V.html)
D-cell (http://www.cheap-batteries.com/p/MN1300D.html)

$30 for 12 of each battery will get you pretty far, 300 hours on the 9V set and 600 hours out of the D-cells.
