Hi
Most Voltages are about right, but generally on the low side of acceptable range. Input V is slightly out side spec at 178V but Output measures about 9% low at 138V. It is possible digital meter is reading low so as there was no smoke hooked it up. Sounds okay, but just checking would it work at such low voltage, or is it likely the meter is in error?
Will have meter checked, but would be good to know if I need to dig deeper?
