Title: Voltage Trouble
Post by: CardioDude on June 07, 2016, 06:38:48 PM
Thank you to the Bottlehead Team for such a great product!

I am finishing my Crack-a-two-a build and am having led and voltage issues on my high and low current boards.

-The Terminal Voltages checked ok

-LED's on the 'B' side of all three boards are not illuminating.

Low Current:
IA  162.7V
OA  84V
KregA  1.96V
bRegA  162.7V
IB  165V
OB  1.542V
KregB  1.56
bRegB  165V

High Current-D Socket:
IA  193.3V
OA 165V
bA  0V
IB  0V
OB  135V
bB  165V

High Current-B Socket:
IA  193.6V
OA  162.5V
bA  0.4V
IB  0.3V
OB  1.539V
bB  162.5

Any help would be very appreciate.

Can you post some pictures of your build? Especially the top and bottom of the boards.

High Current-B Socket:
OB  1.539V
This is the problem that's most likely causing all others.  Seeing 1.5V there could be due to not having the correct transistors installed on your board high current board, solder bridges on the pads, improper jumper wiring, etc.
