Buzz in right channel, but it goes away when i turn up the Pot [resolved]

Hello,

I built my Crack + speedball last year and i never had problems up until today i noticed buzzing in the right channel. 
When i turn the volume all the way up it goes away completely. 
It is not affected by the onput device either, if i unplug my dac it still persists, and it also stays when i short both RCA Cables Together. 

If it goes away when i turn the Volume up, the potentiometer must be the cause or could it still be something else?

This is most likely a flaky solder joint making itself known. 

I have never had a pot fail and cause this problem, and I wouldn't suggest replacing it, as that may cause problems other than the one you're observing.

Do  be sure when you're testing for noise that you have the inputs shorted, that is the center pin of each jack connected to ground with a clip lead. 

It also wouldn't hurt to try a different 12AU7, just as something to check off the list.

the buzzing is still there with other tubes. but i noticed something, as the amp turns on, the buzzing starts in the center briefly and then moves back to the right channel.

*EDIT* i did short the RCAs while testing

The solder joint on the ground connection of the transformer was loose
