Been enjoying my Quickie>Seductor set-up for a few months and thought it was time to install the PJCCS.
Failed the voltage checks:
IA / IB      38V
A6 / 0A     0 to 0.02mV or so
B6 / 0B     22V
A5           -1.2V
B5            3.2V

I re-flowed the middle leg of the A side MJE350, checked with a 10x for bridges and went through the install manual step by step looking for mis-wires with no luck.

Frustrated, I took it back to stock and it is working fine. As always any help would be appreciated.
TIA, Karl

The good news is that the B side was working.

Can you confirm that both the D cell batteries were oriented properly in their holders when you tested the board?  A backwards D cell won't prevent a stock Quickie from working, but it will prevent the PJCCS from operating as expected.

Thanks Paul, you were spot on. Both D-cells were installed in their holders correctly, but one pair of the heater wires were reversed in the 9-pin connector from my remote battery pack.
All the voltages around the tubes are good but it was late when I sorted the wiring out so I'll have to wait until after work to find out if that's the key to getting PJCCS up and running.
Thanks again,
Karl

So 6 months later I finally reinstalled the board. I've been, and still am working on room issues but this thing works. Listening to Santana through my FH3s with Mark Audio 7.3 drivers it was so obvious that the bass articulation is greatly improved and there is a bit of smoothing on the upper end. Another BH upgrade well worth the price of admission! Thanks Doc and crew.
