Hey guys, I realize this may be a silly question,

I received my replacement parts today. It appears the one star lock washer I found (I thought I dropped them in my garage) has a slightly bigger hole than the three I got in the mail today; my dad had some spares lying around that resembled the parts I needed, so I picked it up and assumed it was one Bottlehead sent me that I had dropped. It's more like a 9 or an 8 with a bigger hole and eight teeth. I also found a star lockwasher that has the same size hole as the stock one, but with a slightly smaller overall diameter and eight teeth instead of nine. If I were to use this slightly bigger or smaller star lockwasher, they shouldn't notably affect current, insulation or anything; it shouldn't be a problem, right?

Also, one of my nylon shoulder washers came with a bit of it broken off. I assumed it was okay to use, so I didn't ask replacement parts for another one. Below is a picture. Is it still okay to use?

That nylon insulator will work just as well with the little bit taken out of it.  Sometimes even our star lockwashers have some variations from washer to washer.  Provided the #8 transformer screw passes through the washer you have and it's not so big that the washer sits outside of the profile of the transformer itself, there shouldn't be any problems.
