Hi guys, hoping to get some of your expert advice on where to look to find out where I screwed up. Thanks.

When testing the shunt regulator voltage, A-side leds ON. B-side leds OFF.
D1 lead tests 345 then drops to 222
D6 lead tests 345 then drops to 318
Tube heater is glowing.

What voltages do you get at Kreg A and Kreg B?

A lot of time a high voltage at the output can be an issue with the solder joint at the center leg of the MJE350. If can also be an issue with the solder joint at D4/D5.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, I missed a connection from D3 to the kreg pad on the b-side

Just soldered it and the readings came out perfect. Its a sign for me to take a break for today and resume tomorrow.
