a few weeks ago i mentioned taking my stereomour over to a friends to hear with a pair of zu superfly speakers--i will give the zu's a two thumbs up anyway --he has a manly stingray which uses el84 tubes-and the zu's sounded wonderful with that--after hooking up the stereomour and the zu's -put on a lp-- at first-mmmm what appeared to be not a lot of difference -but after sitting back and listening--much more detail , plenty of bass and good soundstage and after about 20 minutes or so my friend stephen -says " I'm sold"-i don't know if that means a bottlehead kit or just buying a SET amp--a really nice pairing altogether-i would like a pair-now this is only 3 hrs or so with the zu's--but a good initial impression was made
