I searched around a bit and found https://bottlehead.com/smf/index.php?topic=10613.0 thread, but I just wanted to check, since my situation is close but slightly different.

When I measure the resistance at OB on the speedball, my meter says O.L. When I measure OA, though, it does shoot up into the millions of ohms. If it read O.L. for both I might be less concerned, based on that previous thread, but since I am getting a reading for one of them, I am less sure. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Millions of ohms is just as good, I would proceed to the voltage checks.

Thanks a lot! Voltage checks went fine and it's up and running with the speedball in play. :D
