SEX Wiring question

I'm in the home stretch of finishing this kit and had a question about the red wires from the PC-3 plate choke.
Page 45-46 the blue wires are going to the same respective locations on the terminal strips, but the red wire on the A side is going to 7L. I would assume it would be like the B side where the red wire goes to 27L, Shouldn't the A side red wire go to 13L so it's ends up under the striped side of the cap like it does on the B side?
I'm currently on Pg. 50

Neither red wire should go to the striped side of the cap, but rather the unstriped side. 

If you run the red wire to 13L, it will be very close to the 0.1R 5W resistor.   Since the jacket of this wire is not as heat tolerant as the PTFE on the rest of the wire, it is connected at 7L to move it away from that heat source.  These two terminals are connected together with a piece of wire, so they are electrically equivalent connections. If the look bothers you, you can move the red wire on the other side to 21L.
