I built the Stereomour with the MourQuiet Stepped Attenuator. My meter is on auto. When I checked hum balance on both channels it just remained at 0.000V AC at any level. Is this how it's suppose to be?

Also with regards voltages, on terminals 19 and 20, the voltages are switched. Instead of getting 395V at 19 I got 365V and at 20 I got 365V instead of 395V. Is this okay? I triple checked the wiring everything looks fine.

All other voltages checked out good

If the rest of your voltages are OK, I wouldn't worry about the discrepancy you noted.

If your meter won't resolve millivolts, then you can just use a speaker and null the hum by ear.
