Hello everyone.,

I really enjoy my Cracks and this forum.

I have an interesting dilemma that I haven't been able to find an answer for searching.

I bought a Crack recently and built it and had a little trouble at first but was able to get it working. It is awesome!

I bought a used one a little after that and it works perfectly.

I just received another, I know, a little extreme of me. What can I say, see the second sentence in this post.

The new one does not work and when I went to start troubleshooting I noticed it has different wiring and label numbers for the terminals on the transformer so the voltage and ohm readings I have in my manual are not accurate.

Then I realized the second one I have is also of this different design. I'm assuming these are the 1.0 versions.

So, my question is where to I get the measurements and troubleshooting steps for these older Cracks that are wired differently than the ones being sold today so I can get the third one up and running?

I've included pictures to assist.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

That’s a lot of Crack! ;D
The only major difference between the Crack 1.0 and 1.1 is the power transformer, the 1.1 using a universal power transformer.
Otherwise the circuit is electrically the same after the transformer & the measurements should be the same.
Usual troubleshooting techniques apply - check wiring, connections, solder joints.
