PSA - Don't forget to let your paint cure longer when it's cold

My plan to strip the bad sides and mask over the good parts failed spectacularly. Some acetone dripped on the rest of the paint, which caused a run. I ended up stripping the entire thing down with acetone and some wool swabs (thanks for the idea, Doc), then repainting with the enamel paint since it matched everything else that was already done. It looks much better. Not perfect, but better.

Anyway, I believe the Kaiju is the last remaining Bottlehead kit I had to build that has the topside chokes, so hopefully I never have to paint these things again.
