It just dawned on me that I will need to find a stand for my upcoming FPIII and Seduction ... duh

Can someone tell me if the wood base used on the FPIII is the same height as on the other kits (ie, Crack).  I know it's a larger in terms of width, just need to make sure the height is the same.  Also, about how tall are those OD3 bottles?  Are they about the same height as 6AS7's?    I would really appreciate it if someone using the FPIII with the OD3 tube could do a quick overall height measurment from bottom of base to top of OD3 tube.  But barring that, the general info I've asked for should do the trick.

It may not be a problem because I'd like to place them on a top shelf.  But just in case I find that I need to place them on a lower shelf, I need to make sure that whatever I buy (or build) has adequate clearance plus some breathing room.

Thanks kindly.

I come up with 7.125 to 7.25 inches, the difference is in the rubber feet used.

That inludes the tube, yes?

Thanks.

Yes, that includes the tube.  The bottlehead bases are all 3.5", I have 4 Raytheon 0D4W's they are all 3.38" excluding pins, the socket is flushed mounted, then the rubber feet, the ones I have are approx. .25" to .3125".  My FPIII uses 3 6CG7 tubes, I could not stand the look of the 0D4W, but it is a very good tube.
