Just finished building the crack. I checked the resistance before plugging the amp in and all readings matched the manual's. I inserted the tubes and plugged in the amp.

The 12u7 tube glows, but the 6080 tube doesn't. The LED's glowed for a short while, but stopped after 2 minutes.

I measured the voltage on the 9 socket and got voltage higher than listed. There was no voltage for the 8 socket. Now when I measure either tube socket, I don't get any voltage at all.

The fuse is still fine, and the 8 tube socket is in the correct orientation. Is there any way to fix this?

Recheck the resistances.  If it's convenient, you can post photos.

Do the tubes not glow now?

What AC voltage do you get between L and N on the IEC power entry module?
