Just finished my Crack and it sounds awesome! I had so much fun putting it together, and probably, like some with the build, woodworking isn't my key talent, so spent way too much time on it, but I think it turned out nice.
I was feeling a bit nostalgic, I was an engineer at Fluke for 15 years, in Everett, WA, hadn't done much electronics work since then, so enjoyed getting out my soldering iron and my DMM, so for the photo I added my Fluke 8021B, (but, I admit I actually used my Fluke 87 for all my testing; auto-ranging has made us lazy). I thought the 8021B fit the amp look better, though.
I got the Speedball upgrade, but will be spending lots of listening time with the standard build before I add the upgrade, it does sound sweet! Ugh, now on to tube rolling... I'm soooo hooked.

Somewhere in the Bottlehead collection of meters, I'm pretty sure there's an 8021.

I like those vertical grooves, but I bet it took a long time to get them well sanded!

Yup, one of those Flukes is on my bench in the basement.
