So my Bottlehead Crack has the right voltages but there's static coming through my left ear's headphones and a loud buzz in the right. It was working fine earlier but when I turned it off later on and turned it back again it came up but only went away after my monitor shut off for a second and then came back later on. Any ideas? I reheated everything already. The buzz came after I reseated the tubes again.

Can you post photos of your build?

Generally this kind of issue would be a loose solder joint in the amp, and often time we find that new builders are a little timid when it comes to applying adequate heat to get the solder to flow out all the way.

Might not be related but I'd pick up one of those ALPS PCBs on eBay instead of soldering to the potentiometer pins like that. Much easier and more reliable.

Good idea.. it was pretty hard to solder it but I ended up getting it done. I'll check it out

One black wire on your headphone jack does not look to be captured by solder.  If your iron has a temperature adjustment, I would turn it up all the way.  I would also trim back any leads that are poking out.
