You could try calling, just figure out the time zone differences so you call during office hours here and have all your questions written down so that long distance bill isn't too high.

Sorry to say we have not seen any email from you. It is possible that our spam filter has blocked it. My email address is docb at bottlehead dot com. Regarding Crack kits we are working on a backlog right now that goes back to the beginning of October and includes a large group buy from Australia. As soon as we get more parts in I would guess the lead time will reduce to about three to four weeks and stay that way as the holidays approach. Regarding the headphone cable we are sending folks directly to Kevin Haskins at DIYCable.com for those, as he is the one who is putting them together and we felt it was more efficient to send folks right to him to order one.
