I am currently very much enjoying my Mainline Kit and am planning to go hog wild on doing an amplifier/preamp/speaker combo and hence my question. I am wondering what the safe and appropriate storage conditions might be for all these devices in terms of the following.  I have a place in Maine which we use about 7 months out of the year.  The other 5 months the house is cold, being unheated.  The temperature can obviously drop quite low, but never below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.  It also can get quite dry in the winter.  Is this an appropriate environment for the electronics and speakers if one wants to ensure their longevity and optimal functioning, or should I just use this stuff in New Jersey where the house is heated/cooled all year long?  Thank you so much for your input!

If the humidity stays reasonably low, I wouldn't be too worried about anything, and the humidity is mostly a consideration for speakers rather than electronics.

Thank you Paul. So the frigid temperatures should be fine in terms of their affect on the tubes and capacitors, etc.?
