Hey all,

Several years ago, I bought a Bottlehead Crack kit, but was never able to get around to building it. In the course of moving, etc, the prebuilt parts were lost. I am not familiar with all the parts, but I believe the chassis, power transformer, and whatever initial parts you stick onto the chassis (before soldering) are now gone.

Is there a way to buy these parts separate? How would I go about identifying the missing parts? (Not sure I have the manual anymore)

Or is my only option to buy a brand new kit?

Thanks so much.

Chassis, power transformer and all the chassis components - you pretty much described an entire kit except for the electronic components. It will end up costing you just about as much to buy all those parts piecemeal as buying a kit.

Also depending on how long ago these parts were lost, what we have now may not match the manual you have too.
