I have just completed my second Moreplay. The first one was built for a friend. I had a problem in that I had no right-hand channel signal, but Doc and PB got me through it. My friend picked it up last Wednesday, and he can't believe how good it sounds in his system.
This build is for me. I plan to use it with a couple of amplifiers that I have in process: a VTA ST-70 clone and a diyaudio Pass Labs F6 clone.
This is my fourth Bottlehead kit build. The base on this one is made from walnut by a friend of mine in Montana. The chassis plate was powder coated in blue sparkle and the transformer bell in satin black. It looks and sounds awesome.
