Hi. First time crack builder here. I'm on page 23 for the Voltage line test. I'm only getting 7 volts. I have some pics that I'll share. It seems it might be a bad fuse according to other posts but the wire inside the tube is connected. I've double checked the fuse is on the bottom part of the fuse holder making connection to its metal connectors when pushing it in. Not sure how to continue here I would expect to see 120V living in the US. This seems way off.
