Hi Bottlehead

I have a question about how to connect earth cables to my Moreplay.
I have an Riaa amplifier and a step up transformer that have separate earth ground cables.
Usually I connect all earth cables to the chassis on my other preamplier (LEBEN RS100).
This prevents from getting "hum" in the signal.

How do you recommend connecting these earth ground cables to my Moreplay.
The Moreplay is really great sounding!!

Kind Regards

Typically you want to connect the ground cable from your turntable to the phono pre-amplifier. If you have  a step-up in between you can also try to connect the ground to just the step-up and hear if it sounds any different. This is how I do it in my system and there is no hum.

I would try things with no extra earth wire between the Moreplay and phono preamp to see if that works.  If it doesn't, you can connect an earth wire to any of the screws on the Moreplay chassis to grab an earth.
