Hey all, while this may appear to be a vinyl post... I did just put on an NOS LP of Szell/Cleveland playing Brahms' Four Symphonies :-) My system will always be a work in progress, but at the moment it has achieved high listen-ability. TD-124, Seduction modified for a Panasonic stain-gauge cart, a SS pre, Marchand XM46 PLLXO, a SEX amp on the tweeters and Paramounts on the woofers. For the longest time, I believed that an orchestra could not be tolerably reproduced via an LP. Not anymore! Astounding!! I had a similar wow moment recently, when I spun the NOS 1977 Guarneri LP's of the Bartok Quartets, but hadn't thought the experience would translate from quartet to full orchestra. Live and learn :-)
