I've got a Jelco arm, and picked-up a tweaked Jelco tonearm cable from Audio Sensibility for about a hundred bucks. As usual, I've been wasting my time after work (and in-between streamed episodes of Alias - love that Jennifer Garner character) surfing the web looking for info on phono cables, reading the Cardas "Insight" pages, and worrying about signal propogation velocity through cable dielectric. Augghh!

Anyway, what do Bottleheads like between their tonearms and SUT's/tube phono pre's?

I'm in a similar boat. I'm using an Ortophone cable that continually gives me hell with my Tube Phono. It sounds good with zero hum but I'm thinking of other options. I tried building one myself but working with that 5 pin DIN connector is a PITA.

Whoa, Aaron. Did I read your post right? You have the BH Tube Phono?

Yup, I have Dan's old red one :). It's wonderful if you're wondering. In the end though its a very similar circuit to the Eros. My Eros is dedicated to tape only now.
