I did a faulty order and got a 240 V transformer instead of the 120 V I really need (I suppose I checked the 240 V cell by mistake). I noticed this when the kit was assembled and voltage measures were too low. The amp is working but volume is too low. What can I do? Should I use a step-up converter (120 to 240) or is it better to install the right transformer. I emailed to [email protected] asking for the 120 V transformer but my messages were rejected.

Thanks for your help
