These measurements are  provided for the convenience of those who have a version of the Paramount 1.1 manual with invalid information. It is assumed that anyone using this guide has thoroughly read the safety guidelines provided in the manual. Owing to my personal dislike for shorting amplifiers/dying, the measurements of the 9-pin socket have been eliminated, with the necessary measurements being performed at other locations.  Sorry for the wonky columns. I'll clean it up when my computer is not about to die.

All measurements in DC Volts unless specified otherwise

First test:
Clip negative lead to terminal 18. Place the positive lead on position OA of the C4S/Soft Start board. Switch the meter to read DC volts (on a 500V or higher scale if your meter doesn

Can anyone tell me where I can get the list of voltages to check that excludes the 9 pin socket mentioned above?

A list of voltages for the Soft Start upgrade is available on page 38.

The ones I would check are:

IA - should be 450V or so.
OA/IB/+regB - should stabilize at 300V.
KregB - needs to be somewhere between 3 and 20V.
KregA - this voltage is adjustable by the trim pot, set it at 4V to start.
OB - this voltage will also move when the trim pot is adjusted.  Instructions are provided in the manual.
