Hello.. Me again. :)

Just checked my Crack again. Wanted to make sure the headphone jack would drop to 0 after spiking a little after startup before I plugged it in. Looked fine.

Once the spike happened I checked T1/T7 one last time.

T1 and T7 were both at about 155 initially. T1 slowly dropped down to about 105-106, T7 stayed about 130.

On the other hand, T5 was nice and steady at about 77.

Just want to check and make sure this is OK to use, or if with that info there is anything else I should look at beforehand.

Thanks again for your assistance with this issue Blackplate. I appreciate it.

Well, time for my last update!

New Tung Sol 6080 arrived today with a 12AU7 Tung Sol little brother.

Swapped out the 6080 that shipped with my Crack for the new one.... and presto change-o!~!!!!

Voltages checked out perfectly! Plugged it in.. no hiss!! This thing sounds stunning!!

Thanks for all of the assistance. I've learned a lot during this process. Glad to have this amp working and sounding so awesome.

Cheers!
