I'm returning a repaired & upgraded Crack to a fellow Bottlehead. The guy at the UPS Store has weighed and measured the box. Then he asks:
What is the contents of the box?
I reply, "Er, um, it is called Crack. But it is a headphone amplifier."

My wife's aunt will bring with her to Vietnam (Final destination) my Bottlehead Crack headphones amplifier.
Can you imagine what the custom people her in Vietnam will say if she says it a Crack.
I am sure here they know what the word crack means.
So much drugs being brought in daily.
But I am sure she will just declare it an AMPLI.
That's how they call an amplifier.
Yesterday, I went to the post office to send back some tubes (EL84) to the vendor
and the girl at the counter ask me to show her the content of the box,
so I've showed her the tubes and she had no idea what I was,
I had to say to her it was a " Bong Den " in Vietnamese,
which means a light bulb.
That's was close enough, so she was satisfied and let me sealed the box.
