Love the Crack so far. So outstanding good sounds for so little money. My reference so far has been Sennheiser's HDVD 800, which I really like. But seriously, this little Crack sounds almost as good
Now it's time for refinement and tuning, to get the sound even closer to my personal taste. So perhaps you guys can help me a little cause I'm quite a rookie with caps and stuff
Today I'm using a Musical Fidelity M1 Dac, which gets it signal through a USB from my iMac (only Flacs). The Headphones are HD650 with the standard cord.
My goal is to get:
More air and depth
Wider soundstage
Blacker background
No need for more details
Where should I start? How much does the interconnects matter? Is it worth the cost to get, say, some Silver Poisons from Toxic?
