So I completed building the Crack and enjoyed listening to it for... 1 day. Pretty proud of myself as, even though it's my first DIY electronic ever, I completed without a mistake.  8) The sound is clear and transparent, no buzz no problem at all. Basically, it's awesome.

Spirit is high and tools are nearby, I dived in upgrading with the Speedball. And then.... something is wrong  :-\

Voltage measure:
1 - 0 Should be 75 - 90
2 - 184
3 - 0
4 -185
5 - 0 Should be 75 - 90
6 - 0
7 - 54 Should be 100
8 - 0
9 - 54 Should be 100
11 - 0
12 - 0
13 - 184
14 - 0
15 - 203
20 - 0
21 - 219

The biggest suspects are MJE350 on the small PC boards. Instruction read: "Install an MJE350 in the Q2 position as shown, with the metallic face of the transistor facing the center of the PC board."

Well, my MJE350s have no metallic side as in the instruction picture. They only have one side kind of mat finish and the other side glossy finish with some letters. I guessed the one with letter is the metallic side so I installed it that way.
