Just completed building up the crack however i ran into some issues when I did my resistant check.

Resistant Results:

Terminal 1- *
Terminal 2- *
Terminal 3- 0.2 ohms
Terminal 4- *
Terminal 5- *
Terminal 6-2.490k ohms
Terminal 7- 2.933k ohms
Terminal 8- 0.2 ohms
Terminal 9- 2.959k ohms
Terminal 10- 2.482k ohms
Terminal 12- 0.3 ohms
Terminal 13- 5.4m ohms
Terminal 14- 1.9 ohms
Terminal 20- 0.1 ohms
Terminal 22- 0.2 ohms
Terminal B3- 2.932k ohms
Terminal B6- 2.958k ohms
RCA jacks ground- 0.1 ohms (Both black and red)
RCA jacks centre pin- 92.6k ohms (BLACK), 106k ohms (RED)

Can anybody tell me why is my terminal 13 and 14 so high?

13 may or may not show 270K, seeing 5.4M here isn't that big of a deal, provided you can verify that the 270K resistor is in place.

Terminal 14 is wired to 12 and 20.  1.9 Ohms isn't exactly high, and may simply be an issue of measuring through solder flux.

I think you can go on to voltage checks.

Ok thanks for your advice just check my voltage readings and there are some problems also.
Here is my voltage result:

Terminal 1- 146.9
Terminal 2- 164.3
Terminal 3- 11.4
Terminal 4- 164.3
Terminal 5- 91.9
Terminal 6- ?
Terminal 7- 146.5
Terminal 8- 12.4
Terminal 9- 110.5
Terminal 10- ?
Terminal 11- 16.3
Terminal 12- 0
Terminal 13- 164.9
Terminal 14- -22.4
Terminal 15- 189.1
Terminal 20- -21.7
Terminal 21- 212.6
Terminal A1- 92.1
Terminal A2- 7.6
Terminal A4- 12.6
Terminal A5- 12.8
Terminal A6- 147.5
Terminal A7- 0.8
Terminal A9- ?
Terminal B1- 147.3
Terminal B2- 164.8
Terminal B3- 146.8
Terminal B4- 92.3
Terminal B5- 164.8
Terminal B6- 110.6
Terminal B7- ?
Terminal B8- 18.9
Some of my readings here are way off the required readings. As for terminal 6 and 10 the reading on my multimeter kept going negative and positive no idea what does that mean and for terminal A9 and B7 i can't get any results from it my multimeter just kept beeping without showing any numbers. Any advice on what is going on?

I would suspect that you have an autoranging meter.  When you say there's 11.4 on T3, is that 11.4V or 11.4mV?

Is the 12AU7 glowing on both sides?  One half seems to be conducting, but not the other half.

The red wire to A4/5 needs to be well connected to make both sides glow, inspect those connections and reheat those joints.
