Yeah, the one time I used it, the buyer paid me the exact price of the auction itself (no shipping fees), and I printed some random label from eBay and dropped it off at the post office I think. There were no opportunities for me to fill out any paperwork of any kind.
I have since banned that particular buyer from purchasing from me, as part of his gripe about the auction revolved around the shipping fees and shipping duties.
