I put a new tube in and ran the resistances and they are all similar to the right channel I've posted recently.

The voltages are close to the manual, with the exception of the following:
A1 reads 209.2vdc, manual says *
A3 reads 164.6vdc, manual says 217
A4 reads 207.1vdc, manual says *
KregA reads 3.235vdc, manual says 4.1

I have no idea if these are ok or not. Advice is appreciated.

The manual is wrong. T9/T19 has already been set (right?) to some suitable value, and A3 is connected to T9 so it has the same voltage.

kreg is close enough - it's within normal tube variations.
