Pretty amazing stuff. They're made of graphite (the new black gates?)

According to NASA, the "advantages of the vacuum tube and transistor are combined here through nanofabrication".

I'm imagining wearable bottlehead amplifiers :)

The nano tubes are pretty cool, but when you make an electronic device that small, its power dissipation is also nano. 

Those supercaps are pretty sweet, enough of those suckers strung together could have some fun uses!
