This is my first cap upgrade. Just pull out the old and put in the new? Push play and wait and listen?

Guf,

You might want to burn the caps in first.  Nice PP film caps need about 4 days.  Here is a link to a method of burning in without having to listen to them:

What voltage did you buy? Has anyone compared the sonics of the various voltages of the MR?

I put these caps in my BeePre.  They are detailed and fairly neutral.  Great caps (big suckers though).  It took me 100 hrs or so for them to stop changing and settle down.

This is my first cap upgrade. Just pull out the old and put in the new? Push play and wait and listen?

I've found the MR caps to start out sounding great.  Between 30-100 hours they can get a little weird.  After around 100 hours they settle down and sound great again.
