I have just installed the small speedball board and my OA and OB voltages are high. I have also noticed that the 2 LEDs connected to the 12AU7 socket no longer light up (they had lit up before installing the speedball small board). I have checked the resistance of both R1 resistors and they are correct (237 ohms), and I have double checked the orientation of MJE-350 and PN2907. Here are my voltage measurements:

OA - 138v
IA - 148v
B-A/B - 0v
IB - 148v
OB - 138v

I have also attached photos of my board. Thanks for your help.

Reheat your solder joints; hold the iron long enough for the solder to liquefy and evenly coat the wire and terminal. If there is not enough solder present to evenly coat, add a small amount of fresh solder.

Thanks Joshua,

Reheating the solder joints did the trick!
