I have a Crack amp that I built myself, including Speedball upgrade, that is now surplus to my requirements. So I'm going to give it to the first person who can come and pick it up from me in NYC
It's generally all in good condition, but the only catch is that it's not working 100% right now. It works, powers up, plays music, etc, but has some crackly/hiss noise that is quite noticeable. I'm not sure if it's the tube(s) or perhaps some of the connections that may need to be checked and resoldered.
To be honest, I'm a relative novice and troubleshooting it to get it back in working order is something I just don't have the time/patience for right now as I'm about to move out of state... but I'm sure for someone with a little experience you'll be able to get it running perfectly again, and pretty easily.
Keep it for yourself, give it to someone as a gift, I am sure somebody will end up loving it very soon! All I ask is that you come collect it from Brooklyn. I don't have a box for it, and don't have time to go to the post office, etc. Just make it easy and you will get something for absolutely nothing!
