Well, the jumper is present from upper to lower volume pot ground terminals.  You could attempt to reheat those joints on the pot to see if the resistance readings snap into place, but ultimately I believe you need to replace that pot with a new one. (you can e-mail replacementparts(at)bottlehead(dot)com and paste a link to this e-mail along with your name, order number, and mailing address)

Thanks for your time Paul, I'll look into that. I might just order the PEC Pot KKA1041S28-ND, that I was planning on upgrading with later on.

Put in the new PEC pot and it works - just sweet tunes pouring out :) Now I can't wait to get the speedball upgrade installed.
