solder bridge Smashup

Hello, I'm working on the circuit boards for the Smashup.
Manual page 12: Insert the leads of a 1 47KΩ 1⁄2W resistor (brown, yellow, violet, orange, violet, brown) into position R4 on the B side, using the center pad of the breg section as shown.
The 3 solder pads on the breg are so close together that I may have created a bridge between the one I soldered to and the one of the others. I used wick to clean it up but the holes are so close together that its hard to see/tell even with magnification.
Questions: 1)How critical is it? 2) Is there a way to check other than visually (multimeter?).

Those three holes are electrically connected together on the board, so a solder bridge there is of no concern.
