I'm in the same boat as you.  I researched and purchased this one:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019R1J422/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.  It's got a glass lens, can be used as either a floor or desk lamp nd has brightness adjustment and color temperature adjustment.
