This was my first time assembling an amp--got to the voltage check and had some high voltage readings for some of the terminals. Results below:

1. 145
2. 163
3. 0
4. 164
5. 148
6. 0
7. 146
8. 0
9. 147
10. 0

Also neither the LED attached to A3 or A8 lit up. I'm attaching photos.

What should I be troubleshooting here first?

Did you pass the glow test?

Yes, both were glowing and there was heat coming off them. Did a loose wire check and didn't see anything. Should I post more pictures?

Shouldn’t there be a black wire on the center pin of the front tube going to the pot?

Ah, thank you so much Jameson! That was it, I had somehow totally omitted that during installation. Soldered that one in, voltage readings are correct and the thing sounds AMAZING!
