Voltages are to high on Crack 1.1 [resolved]

So i assembles my crack 1.1 . passed resistance test . but when i do voltage test its too high . I checked all the wires seem to fine and soldered properly . Also bouth tubes are glowing.
1  230v
2  350v
3  0v
4  205v
5 80v
6  0v
7  70v
8  0v
9  65v
10  0v
 ANYONE KNOWS WHATS THE PROBLEM ???? PLZ HELP

Argh, no, don't plug headphones into an amp that doesn't pass its voltage checks!!!!  This is how you end up with damaged headphones, and there's no additional information that can be provided by doing this.

Terminals 2 and 4 are wired together but differ by 150V, ergo they cannot be wired together.

The weirdness that you have here would have me looking at the junction of the two black wires on the headphone jack.  I bet one isn't captured by solder.
