My headphone jack is not working properly, got no output to the speaker terminals with the headphones unplugged. Was working for a week or so than the right channel quit and the left quit soon after.  Headphones work fine. Any ideas what could have happened?

Can you take some photos of the headphone wiring and speaker binding post wiring and post them up here?

The terminals closest to the chassis plate on the headphone jack are the sleeve terminals and are shared between channels.  If both speaker outs don't work but both headphone outputs are OK, then I would be looking at the sleeve connections to find the problem.

I would not just assume there is something wrong with the HP jack.

Set your meter to measure impedance, what is the resistance between the left speaker black binding post and each of the lugs where the solid colored wires connect on the HP jack?

Never mind, working now. I put in different speaker cables. Something not right with the spades on the speaker end.
Thanks
