Hi all, I was wondering about copperleafing my top plates. They're painted with the copper flavored hammerite from rustoleum now, but it just doesn't give me that copper color that I lust after. A friend of mine told me about copperleafing and I was wondering if it would be ok, electrically, to leaf my top plates with the stuff. I assume I would need to finish the leaf job with clear laquer (or a clear powder coat) to keep that wonderful color of copper. Thanks for listening.
